Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We then contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the payment and proceed with fulfillment.

Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and payment is successfully processed, your order will be shipped within five business days. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at Aquatankworks@gmail.com for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within the United States. Select products can also be delivered to Canada — if checkout accepts your shipping address, we will fulfil your order.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, address changes may result in shipping delays. Any additional charges incurred from our freight carriers due to an address change will be the customer’s responsibility. This applies to all orders.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and should not be considered guarantees. We work closely with our vendors to ensure timely shipping, but delays may occur. If you choose to cancel an order due to a shipping delay, you will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other applicable charges. If a shipping delay is causing you difficulty, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it with you directly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe to be made in error and to provide the card issuer with full order and delivery documentation. This applies to all orders.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Curbside Delivery (Free): Your order is delivered to your curbside, typically within 5–15 business days after processing.
  • Threshold Delivery: Your order is brought onto your porch, into a sheltered area, or into your garage.
